If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an ice bath, infrared sauna, or barrel sauna, please review our return/refund policy below to understand our guidelines and process:
1) General Return, Refund Exchange Policy

Due to size of our products and significant shipping costs, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on our products. If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, replacement parts or products will be re-sent.

Once you have received your order, please inspect the item and if it is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at info@glaceplunge.com.au, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
2) Warranty Coverage for Ice Baths

Our ice baths come with a 2-year warranty, providing coverage for manufacturer defects and non-accidental damages.

The external chiller unit has a 1-year warranty, covering any defects or issues arising from normal use.

Warranty claims may require an inspection or assessment to determine whether a repair or replacement is applicable.
Please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the goods) if there is any damage. Any damage claims after this period will be void.
Please note that Glacé Plunge reserves the right to refuse a return/refund request if the product does not meet the outlined criteria or shows signs of misuse, abuse, or neglect.
